These credits have no monetary value and can never be redeemed as real cash. Retrieval ProcessIf your balance is lost due to a server-side error that is our fault, you can contact us for support and we will refund your missing items. If you do not contact our support team within 14 days of the incident, it is no longer our responsibility.
